親愛的Android用戶抱歉了!

台北市政府最近跟Google吵架了，有部分的QLL付費應用程式在Android Market上暫時找不到，請擁護QLL的好朋友們見諒!!!

最近收到許多讀者的來信，其中一封是這麼說的:

Hi there, I have purchased this app (The Frog Prince) through Android Market (it says Purchased already), but it seems I am unable to download it? The progress bar started but then just disappeared after a while.

I've tried all different connection with same result. By the way, it is fine if I download the free version, and I have already purchased and succesfully download some of your other app, my kid likes them, only this title has trouble. Can you help?

我們立刻就幫她解決問題並且發現他下載了幾乎所有QLL的童話故事。
除了給我們4.5顆星好評的用戶們，每一個顧客的來信我們都萬分珍惜，他們通常會下載所有的QLL故事，遇到使用的問題都有禮貌的來信詢問，我們對消費者的支持不但非常感動也認為大部份的消費者都是文明與善良的溝通者。
這次市政府消保官所提出的政策，導致google下架開發商的付費產品，QLL感到非常遺憾，因為一個政治操作與企業鬥爭犧牲掉的卻是民間廠商與普羅大眾消費者。
希望這件事能夠盡快畫下句點，台灣的文明消費者不要再被政治與大企業操作於股掌之間!
